The artichokes we use while preparing organic artichoke vinegar are produced in the Gölhisar Village of Aydın under good agricultural conditions without using pesticides. We offer our artichoke vinegars that we prepared to your liking at the local and organic village market of Uncle Aydın. We deliver all of our products, which we prepare with traditional methods, to all of Turkey with cash on delivery and credit card payment options.

We adhere to traditional methods when preparing organic artichoke vinegar. First, we clean the artichokes that we collect carefully. Then we bring it together with the yeast called the mother of water and vinegar. We leave it to the fermentation process in hygienic environments so that it can be vinegar. We filter the vinegar, whose fermentation process is completed, from the mother vinegar, and store it in glass bottles. At the most important stage, we deliver it to our valued customers.
