Dried Zucchini 
Since 1947, Uncle Aydınlı offers you local and organic products in the village market, natural products grown and prepared in the fertile lands of Aydın, and delivers organic stuffed and dried zucchini to your homes with ease of payment at the door.
We transform the zucchini we produce in our own garden in Aydın Nazilli into dried zucchini stuffed under the Aydın sun. Our pumpkins, which do not use any pesticides during production, are very delicious. It does not lose its nutritional value because it is dried under the sun instead of industrial ovens. Thus, the stuffed stuffed with dried zucchini will have a taste that you can't get enough of.

Soften dried zucchini by soaking them in hot water before using. Then fill the stuffing into the softened dried zucchini. Cook with some water. You can also add currants and pine nuts to the stuffing. This way your stuffing will be tastier.
You can store the dried stuffed zucchini in airtight packages out of the sun and in cool environments. It is suitable to be stored at the bottom of the refrigerator. Under these conditions, dried zucchini can be stored for a long time without being damaged.
