Aydın dried figs, produced in the Germencik district of Aydın, stand out with their quality. Aydın dried figs are plucked from the branch and dried without going through industrial drying processes. In order not to spoil its naturalness, it is left to dry on the branch. It dries faster thanks to its thinner peel than other figs. Since the climatic conditions of Aydın are suitable for this type of drying process, dried figs are dried by preserving all their nutritional values.
