Aydin Rounding

Rounding is one of Aydın's most famous dishes. It is served as a wedding meal, especially at weddings. You will not be able to get enough of this flavor that comes from Aydın, the heart of the Aegean.

In the rounding; Soke flour, minced meat and onions are available. After this mixture is prepared, it is shaped and made ready.

Aydin Rounding Recipe

* This recipe is valid for 500 gram rolls.

• 2 tablespoons of village butter are melted together with 2 tablespoons of butter. (Olive oil prevents butter from burning.)

• A tablespoon of tomato paste, the desired amount of red pepper and salt are added to the melted butter.

• Add 4-5 glasses of water and boil the mixture.

• After boiling, Aydinli Uncle handmade organic rolls are added. It is continued to be cooked on low heat until the rounds are soft.

• Optionally, boiled chickpeas are added.

• After the roll is cooked, it is served by pouring yogurt on it during the service.

• Handmade organic rolls are a very practical dish. It will be your savior when hosting guests or when you need to prepare food in a short time.

• Aydın roll is not spoiled because it is prepared by frying.

• We are preparing a collective Aydın round for weddings and societies.

You can store the Aydın round in airtight packages out of the sun and in cool environments. Under these conditions, your handmade roll can be kept intact for up to 1 year.
