When will my order arrive?

Your orders placed before 17:00 will be delivered the next day. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday. No delivery on Sunday.

How can I receive my product if I am not at the address at the time of order delivery?

If you are not at the address where we will deliver your order, your order will be delivered again the next day. If you cannot be found at your address again that day, the return process will be initiated.


When will my money be credited to my account after return at the door?

The reflection of the refund on your card or account may vary depending on the period determined by your bank. This period is 2 (two) working days for credit cards and 10 (ten) working days for debit cards.
