It was prepared by the aunts of Aydın in the villages of Aydın with the materials grown in our villages. All the ingredients used in making homemade pasta are organic.

• Eggs of village chickens grown in our villages are added to make homemade pasta.

• Aydın's famous flour is prepared with 1st quality Söke flour.

• Organic homemade pasta has not been subjected to any of the industrial processes.

• Produced by our Aydınlı aunts, adhering to traditional methods in Aydın.

• It does not contain any chemicals, such as preservatives, flavorings and dyes.

You can store Aydınlı Uncle handmade organic homemade pasta in airtight packages, out of the sun and in cool environments. Under these conditions, organic homemade pasta can be stored for long periods without spoiling. Homemade pasta is available in 250 gr, 500 gr, 1 kg and 5 kg options.

As Uncle Aydınlı, we meticulously transform the crops we grow in our own fields, which have a good agriculture certificate, into handmade organic homemade pasta with the same care and deliver them to all tables in Turkey.
