Extra Virgin Olive Oil

We carefully obtain extra virgin olive oil from the olives we grow in our own garden located in the fertile lands of Aydın. We carefully collect the olives we use to obtain organic extra virgin olive oil from our 120-year-old historical olive trees and deliver them to your tables.

Organic extra virgin olive oil, known as a source of healing, protects the digestive system and bone health while supporting heart health. Properties of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• Since the olives are sent for squeezing immediately after being picked, the acid rate is quite low.

• The quality of extra virgin olive oil is higher than other oils, as olives are made without waiting for olive oil.

• Olives called bottom olives found at the bottom of the olive tree are not used in olive oil production. Only olives from the top of the tree are used.

• When growing olive trees, animal manure is used instead of pesticides and artificial fertilizers. Store the extra virgin olive oil indoors, out of direct light. Do not store near a window or where it will be exposed to heat. If you are going to store it in another bottle, you can store the extra virgin olive oil in a dark glass or ceramic bottle. Tightly close the cap of the bottle to avoid damaging the remaining oil after using the olive oil, and be careful not to let air in.
