Home noodle with its unique aroma is one of the most delicious pastas made from completely organic materials unique to Aydın region. It was prepared by the aunts of Aydın in the villages of Aydın with the materials grown in our villages. All the ingredients used in making homemade pasta are organic.

• Eggs of village chickens grown in our villages are added to make homemade pasta.

• Aydın's famous flour is prepared with 1st quality Söke flour.

• Organic homemade pasta has not been subjected to any of the industrial processes.

You can store Aydınlı Uncle handmade organic homemade pasta in airtight packages, out of the sun and in cool environments. Under these conditions, organic homemade pasta can be stored for long periods without spoiling. Homemade pasta is available in 250 gr, 500 gr, 1 kg and 5 kg options.
