We offer the healing source of walnut vinegar from walnuts that we grow without using pesticides in the mountainous regions of Aydın to our valued customers, with the difference of Uncle Aydınlı local and organic products in the village market.
All the materials we use while preparing walnut vinegar from mountain walnuts are natural and we produce walnut vinegars by adhering to traditional methods. We leave the carefully collected walnuts to the fermentation process with water and mother vinegar (yeast). After 2 years of fermentation process, we put them in bottles and present them to our valued customers. The bottles in which we store our organic walnut vinegars and offer them to our customers are made of glass, not plastic. In this way, harmful substances that can mix with the contents of the vinegar from the plastic during the fermentation process are prevented.
