Dried Eggplant 
Since 1947, Uncle Aydınlı offers you local and organic products in the village market, natural products grown and prepared in the fertile lands of Aydın, and delivers organic stuffed dried aubergines to your homes with ease of payment at the door.
After carefully collecting and washing the organic eggplants grown in our own garden in Aydın's villages, we strung them on ropes and dried them under the hot sun of Aydın in a favorable climate. We have grown eggplants in our own garden with good agricultural practice. No chemicals, pesticides or hormones were used during the breeding process. The result is 100% natural and organic stuffed dried eggplant, which you can use while preparing delicious dolmas.
Features of Stuffed Dried Eggplant
• Prepared by washing the eggplants grown in Aydın, stringing them on a string and drying them in the sun.
• It has not been exposed to any of the industrial processes.
• It was grown in our own garden with good agriculture certificate in Aydın.
• It has not undergone processes such as oven and spraying.
• Hormone and chemical drugs were not used during cultivation.
You can prepare delicious stuffed aubergines with organic stuffed eggplant. Let the dried eggplants soften by soaking them in hot water before filling them with stuffing. After the stuffed eggplants are soft, you can prepare your delicious stuffed eggplants by filling them with stuffing.
You can store Aydın stuffed aubergines in airtight packages out of the sun and in cool environments. Under these conditions, organic stuffed aubergines can be stored for a long time without spoiling.
