We collect okra in season from the flower okras that we carefully grow in the fertile lands of Aydın. Then we lay them on cotton ropes and leave them to dry under the hot sun of Aydın's favorable climate. We collect the dried okra and pack it carefully to send to our valued customers. The areas where we dry the okra are hygienic.

Aydınlı Uncle Organic Dried Okra

• The flower okras from which we obtain the dried okra are grown in Aydın, the heart of the Aegean.

• We produce by adhering to good agricultural conditions.

• We do not use any pesticides or hormone pesticides in our fields during the production phase.

• Dried okra has not been dried in industrial ovens.

• When cooking dried okra, use the juice of half a lemon so that its consistency is good, and when cooking dry okra, use wooden spoons, not metal spoons and ladles.

• You can cook dried okra, if you want, you can fry it or make different kinds of food.

You can store Aydın dried okra in airtight packages, out of the sun and in cool environments. Under these conditions, you can store your dried okra for 1.5-2 years without spoiling. You can also store dried okra in the freezer section of the refrigerator or in the deep freezer. It is the best option for long-term storage.
