Sweet Pepper Paste 
Since 1947, Uncle Aydınlı offers you local and organic products in the village market, natural products grown and prepared in the fertile lands of Aydın, and delivers organic sweet pepper paste to your homes with easy payment at the door.
In the production of our sweet pepper paste, which is carefully prepared by our Aydınlı aunts in the villages of Aydın, red peppers grown in our fields are used with good agricultural practices. The peppers collected from the field are washed, cleaned and then chopped. It is placed in large containers and rock salt is added on it. It is mixed regularly every day. When the red peppers start to melt, they are separated from the skin and seeds by sifting through a fine sieve. After the red peppers are filtered, the resulting viscous water is placed on trays and kept under the sun to further condense. When the organic red pepper paste reaches the expected consistency, it is placed in glass jars and olive oil is added on it. Olive oil prevents the pepper paste from spoiling. In this way, the pepper paste always stays fresh.

• Red pepper paste has not undergone industrial / fabrication processes.

• Pepper paste was prepared in accordance with traditional methods.
Organic red pepper paste should be stored in a cool environment out of the sun and in airtight packages at the bottom of the refrigerator.
