Leafy artichokes are grown in our own fields with good agricultural certificates in Aydın. Organic leaf artichokes are picked early in the morning from the field and shipped the same day. Leafy artichokes are carefully packaged and delivered to cargo so that they reach you, our valued customers, on the day of collection. The leaves are packed directly without peeling. Leafy artichokes are ripe in the field.

How to Clean Leaf Artichoke?
Before cutting artichokes with leaves, you should thoroughly wash between the leaves. After washing, cut a little on the top of the leafy artichokes that you will turn into bowls. After cutting, clean the remaining leaves with a knife and kitchen scissors. After cleaning all the leaves, the hairy part will come out. Continue cleaning the artichoke by scraping off these hairs. The easiest way to scrape the hairy part is to use a spoon. You can easily scrape it with the help of a spoon. Then you can soak the artichokes in lemon water to prevent them from browning immediately.
